Wood European Skull Mount/ Plaque State

Personalized state antler/skull plaque with optional vinyl date. The boards are in a hortizontal/vertical position depended upon the state.
The large size is approximately 14"W x 20"H. You will need to purchase the bracket separately. You can easily add a bracket to the shutter or use the plaque for home decor. Includes a heavy duty wall mounting bracket. Skull/antlers pictured not included.
TO ADD STATE AND DATE: Please add information to the notes section including how you would like the date formatted. Enter the date you would like displayed. Please list in the format that you would like displayed (i.e. November 3, 1977 or 04/2/2016). Also enter the state as well as any special instructions. 

Boards can be stained or painted.
Stains: Ebony, Red Mahogany, Dark Walnut and Carbon Gray
Paint: White, Black, White Distressed, Black Distressed
